Zachary Bradford resigned as an officer and director of CleanSpark on August 11, 2025, the bitcoin miner said in a securities filing. His exit ended nearly six years as chief executive. Founder Matthew Schultz, by then executive chairman, took over the role that same day. Bradford, who had led CleanSpark since October 2019, framed his departure around the company he helped build. “Since co-founding this company in 2014, it has been the privilege of a lifetime to help lead it through every stage of growth into the company it is today,” Bradford said.
