Aya Miyaguchi Hands the Ethereum Foundation to Two Co-Directors

On Feb. 25, 2025, Aya Miyaguchi wrote, “I will be closing this chapter as Executive Director of the Ethereum Foundation soon and stepping into a new role as its President.” She had joined the Foundation seven years earlier and said she made the decision a year before the post. Four days later, on March 1, the Foundation named Hsiao-Wei Wang and Tomasz Stańczak co-executive directors, effective March 17. By June 18, 2026, both had left.
