Ondo Finance named Adam Schlisman its chief financial officer on August 5, 2026. CoinDesk's Will Canny reported the hire that same morning. Schlisman had most recently served as CFO of the macro hedge fund Monashee Investment Management. Before that, he was CFO of Blockchain.com, "overseeing finance, treasury and risk during a period of rapid growth," CoinDesk wrote. On August 6, 2026, CoinDesk reported a second story. Ondo founder Nathan Allman's mother, Kathleen Allman , had filed suit in Delaware Chancery Court. She wanted chief executive Ian De Bode removed, and she argued he had seized control of the company in the month after Allman's death. Twenty-three days later, on August 28, Ondo announced a second senior hire. Allison Parent , formerly executive director of the Global Financial Markets Association, became chief policy officer.
