Robinhood Welcomes Jeff Pinner as Chief Technology Officer

Robinhood named Jeff Pinner chief technology officer on Aug. 12, 2024. Pinner joined from Cruise, where he had worked as a distinguished engineer, after almost a decade at Lyft, where he most recently served as that company's CTO, Robinhood's own post said. Finance Magnates described the hire in one headline: “Robinhood Enlists Ex-Cruise and Lyft Exec Jeff Pinner as Chief Technology Officer”.
