Sonic Labs announced on June 19, 2026, that Andre Cronje, Michael Kong and David Richardson were resigning from its board. Cronje confirmed the move himself on June 19. The three “are resigning from the Sonic Labs board and will no longer make business decisions for the organization,” he wrote. That left it roughly 97 percent below its January 2025 high of $1.03.
