The move
One press release carried both board changes, tying Levy's election to Crain's appointment. “In connection with Ms. Crain's appointment, the Company's Board of Directors elected Jordan Levy as Chair of the Board,” the company said. “Mr. Levy succeeds Jarrod Patten, who did not stand for reelection at the Company's 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders”1. Chief executive Adam Sullivan praised the new chairman in his own remarks and left Patten unmentioned. “We are thrilled to have Jordan Levy step into his new role as Chairman,” Sullivan said. “His exceptional leadership and vision make him the ideal partner as we enter our next phase of growth. I am personally looking forward to deepening our collaboration and building on the strong foundation we've already established,” Sullivan added.
