TeraWulf Names Patrick Fleury Chief Financial Officer

TeraWulf named Patrick Fleury chief financial officer on May 16, 2022, effective that same day, the company said in a press release. Paul Prager , TeraWulf's co-founder, chief executive officer and chairman, praised the hire. “With his significant capital markets expertise and portfolio management experience, Patrick has the ideal background to serve as CFO of TeraWulf for our next phase of growth,” Prager said. Fleury came from Platinum Equity, where he was a founding member of the credit team, after a stretch as a managing director at Blackstone's GSO Capital Partners.
