The move
Fireblocks described Gadde's mandate as making sure its growing customer base got full value from the platform. “Leads Fireblocks' customer-centric initiatives, ensuring that Fireblocks customers gain optimal value from their digital asset solutions,” the company wrote1. CEO Michael Shaulov framed the hire as part of a yearlong buildup. Two other executives joined on that same March 7, 2024 date. Fireblocks had been making big hires for a year, CoinDesk reported on March 7, 20242. He expected growth to return to crypto, the outlet said. Shaulov called the hires “experts who are leaders in their domain and deeply committed to shaping the future of digital asset management” in the same company post.
Before and after the hire
Gadde's hire landed alongside two others in the same March 7, 2024 announcement. Michal Ferguson joined as chief marketing officer from Snyk. Michael Levine joined as chief financial officer from Payoneer1. Fireblocks' monthly outbound volume had risen 80 percent to $53 billion in 2023. Its monthly outbound transactions had risen 163 percent that same year, to 3.11 million, the growth the company cited when it expanded its executive team.
What came next
Gadde was still Fireblocks' chief customer officer on October 3, 2026, more than two and a half years after his March 7, 2024 hire3. Fireblocks' own executive team page, read on October 3, 2026, lists him as chief customer officer. The same page lists Michael Shaulov as chief executive. Both executives hired alongside Gadde on March 7, 2024, appear there too: Michal Ferguson as chief marketing officer, and Michael Levine as chief financial officer.
